With an approach that every mama is the expert of their own baby, Root to Raise empowers women through motherhood by honoring intuition, creating a solid foundation for baby, and forming a connection to baby from pregnancy through postpartum. This support is aimed to simplify baby development and provide tools and resources as mamas navigate the journey of motherhood.

Lindsay Williamson takes a holistic approach to OT, exploring the root cause of the behavioral and/ or functional dysregulation while together exploring the sensory system, reflex integration, and the impact of the environment and relationships. She is compassionate and sees the strengths and gifts of each client she works with. Parent involvement is important for progress and support of the child and the family as a unit. Lindsay has 8+ years of experience with children of all ages and currently offers OT services for children five and under.
